Deputy Mayor Weerawat Kahkai presided over a lecture on the morning of the 12th March at Pattaya City Hall. Attending were many elderly people from local communities, who came to listen to a lecture on good health and exercise specifically aimed at the elderly. He also talked about the benefits of eating fresh good quality food, especially when eating out at local roadside restaurants.
